Come learn what you need to succeed with “Transition 101”
by Mallory Cyr & Ceci Shapland of Healthy & Ready to Work

Information, resources and tools will be given to assist youth with special health care needs and disabilities to plan for a successful transition, independence and good quality life in the community. Ceci Shapland is a parent and registered nurse. Mallory Cyr is a young adult with special health care needs who brings insight to living with health concerns, independently, transitioning to college, graduation and employment. Presenters will share the ups and downs of planning for life as an adult.
