I am so glad to be here. I have a beautiful 15 year son with high functioning autisim. He just entered the high school this year and I must say it has been the best beginning to a school year in a very long time. He seems very much at ease and has even joined the drama club. Tonight is the homecoming dance and he even has a date. Yes this is one proud mama!!

I have four children, and the oldest has been diagnosed with either high-functioning autism or Asperger's, depending on who you talk to. The rest of my kids are as normal as can be expected under the circumstances... ;)
