These dvd's are ABA based. My son started by watching and then started imitating with the dvd's. My daughter liked them right away. When I first turned it on I thought I would hate it but it really was good for my kids. Especially my son who started doing all the movements if I would sing the song. There are a couple dvd's(3 or 4)-I got the whole package on Ebay for a great deal.
