Hi,
for those of you having trouble potty training, I remembered a paper given to me when Julian was 3...it was on a folding potty...that we could take anywhere...he potty trained well because it was his...it went to school in his backpack...went with us on trips...EVERYWHERE...until he didn't want to sit on it any more...you can even lett your mini-persons decorate it themselves...it is their potty seat and theirs alone...

What happened?

Skilynn is potty trained. I just know she is but it seems as though her working memory fails her at times. She will stand wherever she's at and just potty in front of God and everybody! Then she will ask, "What happened?" There is no rhyme or reason for this. This is when I'm asking God to please give me the patience I will need for the day!
an idea that is working here

Ok so I know my youngest does not have autism but we are potty training him.
After many trials and errors I have finally found the one that works for him.
A cushy potty seat for the big potty. And if he goes on the potty he gets a nickel for pee and a dime for poo. He loves money and so far its working!
Maybe this would help if you are still needing advice.

Our big issue is #2. He pooped in his closet the other day. We just don't know what to do anymore. Put him on Marylax for a bit so he could empty out - he was holding it for a long time. Trying biofeedback now. Only gone 2 times. Guess we will wait and see how it goes.
