Has Your Child Gone on Any Field Trips this Year?

05-20-08
Well Richie is having his first and only field trip of the Year...so I have to get around here and get ready to go...I will come back and tell you all about it when I get back!

Did your children have any this year....Give us the Who, What, When, Why and How? LOL

Did you get to go and what did you do? Would you reccommend it?
Do you wish they would do more?

World Of Coca-Cola

05-20-08
Gage went on several field trips this year with his class. One to the GA Aquarium and one to the World of Coca-Cola, both in Atlanta GA. I did not get to go as I have Miss Sydney to take care of, but Gage enjoyed both of them. I think that field trips can be a great thing for our autistic kids as they help them learn more, be independant, and give them a chance to see more than the world they have enclosed themselves in. As Gage is in a regular class at school, he gets to go on all the field trips and he looks forward to each one of them!
