HALO MISSION
Helping Autism Through Learning and Outreach is a non-profit organization supported by parents and professionals nationwide who are dedicated to the use of Soma® Mukhopadhyay's Rapid Prompting™ Method for improving academic success and communication for persons with autism and similar disorders.

GOALS
The goals of HALO include the following:

* To provide students, parents and professionals information, exposure, instruction and training in Soma's Rapid Prompting Method.
* To develop research and measurement tools on the effectiveness of RPM.
* To ensure financial self-sufficiency of the HALO organization by the end of 2006.

CLINIC
Based in Austin, TX, HALO has a clinic where Soma Mukhopadhyay provides 1:1 educational instructional sessions for students with autism and similar disorders.

Soma occasionally travels to provide RPM instructional workshops and presentations at locations around the United States. Please refer to our Calendar for Upcoming Events. To inquire about having Soma visit an area in the U.S., please go to Contact Us. We regret that Soma currently is unable to travel outside of the U.S.
