Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Secretary of State for Children, Ed Balls, have received copies of the song for autism, 'Open Every Door'.

The cover version has been recorded by British musician Rozagy, who lives in Birmingham and was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.

Autism is a neuro-developmental disorder, over 500,000 people in the United Kingdom are on the autism spectrum, according to estimates over 90,000 children are autistic. UK researchers have stated that 1 in 100 children have autism.

The song was written by the Sri Lanka born, award winning, superstar Nimal Mendis for the son of Ivan Corea, leader of Autism Awareness Campaign UK sent the song.
