I am the proud mother of a 5 year old boy named Trevor who has many wonderful qualities-he loves music, playing and making trains, art projects, playing with Mommy and Daddy, and he's trying hard to make new friends. He's come so far (he was non-verbal until 3 1/2 years old, and has many of the medical issues related to Autism) but of course everyday is a new day of ups and downs. His current diagnoses are ASD, Sensory Integrative Dysfunction, and possible ADHD. Even though we've been through a lot as a family, I truly feel my son has been a gift in my life and has taught me so much! It is my goal to provide him with the best quality of life possible and I am hopeful everyday that he is achieving that.

Hello, I am a member as well. I am not sure why I picked you as a contact, but once I read your description, I realized just how much we have in common. My son, Wyatt, was too non-verbal until the age of 3 1/2. First, diagnosed with Autism with a change to PPD, NOS last year. He is currently turning 7 on July 3. Wish you all well.
