You can do either. If you hit ´Run´ the installation will begin automatically. If you select ´Save´ the file will be stored and you will have to locate the file to begin the installation process.
- It won´t let me install the Autism Awareness Toolbar!
If you are unable to install the Autism Awareness Toolbar and are receiving strange errors, you may not have the admin privileges on your computer. Be sure that you are on the computers administrator account. You may need to contact the computers administrator and have them install the Autism Awareness Toolbar.

There are a number of reasons why this may be occurring. Some common problems and solutions are listed below:
The Autism Awareness Toolbar is Hidden (Internet Explorer)
In your IE menu bar, open the View menu, and select "Autism Awareness Toolbars". There should be a check mark next to "Autism Awareness Toolbar." If there is no check mark, the Autism Awareness Toolbar is disabled and will not be visible. If it is already checked, IE may not recognize it. Try unchecking it and then checking it again. If you still do not see the Autism Awareness Toolbar on your browser, the Autism Awareness Toolbar is not properly installed. Go back to the Autism Awareness Toolbar webpage and try reinstalling it.The Autism Awareness Toolbar is Hidden (Firefox)
In your Mozilla menu bar, go to the "View" menu and select "Autism Awareness Toolbars." Next to the "Autism Awareness Toolbar" there should be a check mark. If there is no check mark, the Autism Awareness Toolbar is hidden. If it is already checked, Mozilla may not be recognizing the Autism Awareness Toolbar. Try unchecking it and checking it again. If you still do not see the Autism Awareness Toolbar, the Autism Awareness Toolbar is not properly installed. Go back to the Autism Awareness Toolbar download page and try installing it again.The Autism Awareness Toolbar Has Been Dragged Off the Window (Internet Explorer)
If you see the Autism Awareness Toolbar logo anywhere in the top of your Web browser, then the Autism Awareness Toolbar has been installed, but is showing up in an unusual location. To solve this problem, do the following:- Directly to the left of the logo, you´ll see a thin vertical bar or a vertical bar of dots next to a vertical line. Click the thin vertical bar or bar of dots to the left of the logo and drag it so that it is in the proper location.
- If you do not see this bar, your IE Autism Awareness Toolbars are locked: select View > Autism Awareness Toolbars > Lock the Autism Awareness Toolbars to unlock your IE Autism Awareness Toolbars.
- Click this bar with the left mouse button and hold the mouse button down. Now, move the mouse to where you want the Autism Awareness Toolbar to go and release the button. If you still do not see the logo or the Autism Awareness Toolbar, try closing all Web browser windows, and restart your Web browser.
The Autism Awareness Toolbar Has Been Dragged Out Of the Visible Area (Internet Explorer)

You Have Conflicting Autism Awareness Toolbars (Firefox)

The Autism Awareness Toolbar Did Not Install Properly
If none of these solutions solve your problem, it is possible that your Autism Awareness Toolbar did not install properly. To fix this:- Remove the Autism Awareness Toolbar. To do so, go to the "Start" menu, select "Control Panel," go to "Add/Remove Programs" and remove the Autism Awareness Toolbar.
- Restart your computer.
- Visit the Autism Awareness Toolbar site and reinstall the Autism Awareness Toolbar.

How can I move the Autism Awareness Toolbar to a different location?
- If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must first unlock the Autism Awareness Toolbar before you can move it. To do this, right click on the Autism Awareness Toolbar and deselect the "Lock the Autism Awareness Toolbars" option.
- On all other browsers, you can change the location of the Autism Awareness Toolbar by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the icon and then placing the Autism Awareness Toolbar in your new location. This allows you to place two (or more) Autism Awareness Toolbars on the same line, which conserves space in your browser.
- Note: You can only move the Autism Awareness Toolbar to locations at the top of your browser window. Autism Awareness Toolbars cannot be placed on the side or the bottom of the browser window

- How do I search the internet?
Just go to the right of the logo, type in what you want to search for, and hit enter. It will automatically bring up the search results; it´s that simple!
- Some (or all) of the radio stations won´t play.
If you have added the station yourself, be sure to check that you have the correct URL. If you are on a mac, some stations may not be able to play, but be sure to check back, as we are always adding more features! If you selected a radio station from our list and it does not work please submit a broken radio station.
- I am hearing two radio stations playing at the same time.
You should check to see if you have two windows open. Each browser window (not tab) that is open has its own player, so it is possible to be playing multiple stations at once if you have multiple windows open.
- Sometimes when I click on the RSS reader, I see "Subscribe" on the very bottom. What does this mean?
Some websites are set up to allow you to automatically add their RSS feeds to your RSS reader. If you want to receive RSS feeds from this site, highlight subscribe and select the desired news feed. You will now see that feed added to your RSS reader.
